Our Programme is...
Safe
Run by Chartered Physiotherapists - we prioritise your safety while you exercise.
Guided
We guide you through the programme. As you gain experience, you might even help newcomers.
Graded
We adapt the exercises to suit you - appropriate to your fitness level and health status.
Motivational
We utilise motivational science in many forms and apply this throughout the programme - keeping you on track.
Educational
We continuously provide interesting and relevant education relating to health and physical activity.
Social
We keep everything lighthearted and accessible and facilitate a fun and social environment.

Programme Layout
Our classes run for approximately 60 minutes.
We start with a gentle warm-up, then we get into the main block of supervised and individualised exercises. You can do these seated if necessary.
This class moves at a much slower pace than our Nano Physiotherapy classes. It is best suited for people with limited mobility or someone who would struggle to stay on their feet for an hour-long class.
What to bring:
- Comfortable clothing
- Comfortable footwear
- Bottle of water
- Any necessary medication/ kits (e.g. inhaler; blood sugar monitor)
