Programme Layout
Our classes run for 60 minutes.
We start with a gentle warm-up, then we get into the main block of supervised and individualised exercises.
After this, we all perform a light cool-down.
Run by Chartered Physiotherapists - we prioritise your safety while you exercise.
We guide you through the programme. As you gain experience, you might even help newcomers.
We adapt the exercises to suit you - appropriate to your fitness level and health status.
We utilise motivational science in many forms and apply this throughout the programme - keeping you on track.
We continuously provide interesting and relevant education relating to health and physical activity.
We keep everything lighthearted and accessible and facilitate a fun and social environment.
We ask all of our level 2, 3 & 4 participants to come in for a 1:1 appointment with our physiotherapist before starting any of these classes.
In this appointment, the physiotherapist will assign you a level to start with if you are not sure yourself.
We recommend that you attend the classes at your level and below, eg – level 4 can attend level 4, level 3 and level 1.
We do not recommend that you attend classes higher than your level, eg – level 4 should not attend level 5 classes, level 3 should not attend level 4 or level 5 classes etc.
