Working with you, your physiotherapist will develop an individualised plan to work on your key issues and put you on the right path.

We will conduct a thorough assessment, work with you to come up with your goals and aims, and put together an exercise programme that suits you with your goals in mind. Additionally, if required, our physiotherapist can advise you on the suitability of any mobility aids, exercise equipment, or other aids that you might use around your home and when out and about.

As required, our physiotherapist will visit you on a number of occasions to ensure:

• You are performing your exercise programme correctly
• Your programme is progressed to get the most out of it
• You stay motivated and driven to stick to the plan

Once the programme is completed, we are confident that you or your loved one will be in a better position to take life head-on and remain on top of your physical health and well-being.
