Programme Layout

Our classes run for 60 minutes. 

We start with a gentle warm-up, then we get into the main block of supervised and individualised exercises. 

After this, we all perform a light cool-down.

Each class targets key aspects of fitness for health. Including:

  • Endurance/ Cardiovascular fitness
  • Strengthening of the legs, hips, back, core and upper body
  • Balance
  • Mobility
  • Flexibility

What to bring:

  • Comfortable clothing
  • Comfortable footwear
  • Bottle of water
  • Any necessary medication/ kits (e.g. inhaler; blood sugar monitor)
